  • An intake is our initial appointment where I gather information about you, your background and what you are hoping to gain from being in therapy. At this time I will explain more about the services I provide, how confidentiality works and what you can expect from therapy. We will also be filling out paperwork.

  • I live in beautiful North Carolina, where I am raising three sons, and sharing my life with my husband and two dogs. There are many things I enjoy doing outside of work such as cooking, streaming tv shows, walking outdoors, volunteering, and entertaining in my home. It is my passion to travel the world, and I try to see as much public street art as I can. I absolutely love both commissioned works of art and graffiti art and fully embrace the concept of free art beautifying the lives of everyone.
