Women’s Issues

Women’s issues include the unique ways women experience life’s challenges and the ways these challenges impact their mental and physical health. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), women have a higher prevalence of anxiety and depression. As a result, it is common for a woman to view herself negatively and experience increased vulnerability in many circumstances.
